At the Residenza Gemma farmhouse, between Porto Cesareo and Torre lapillo, near the seaside, we make sure to enhance the local cuisine, with tastings of simple foods, made from precious products of the earth and at 0 km, accompanied by the inebriating aromas of the wines from the local cellars.
The ancient recipes of the past such as "orecchiette with turnip tops, ciciri and tria, pizzarieddri with fresh tomato, basil and cacio ricotta, pieces of meat in pignatu, parmigiana etc" which meet the delicacies of our gardens, as well as the undisputed protagonist of the cook the "Gemma" extra virgin olive oil produced from our olive grove.
